Journal Prompt series - shifting energy
If you know me, you know how easily I can become off balance... sometimes I will over schedule myself for work, for friends, for family, for... well... anyone! This is the life of an unconscious supporter! Lol
When I'm not consciously living my life, I try to fit too much into my day, my week, or my month - and that's when the overwhelm kicks in and my stress skyrockets!
When I become conscious and realize what I've done, I need to change the narrative... I need stop and breath and pull my shoulders away from my ears... sometimes I use power posing and sometimes I shake it all off by dancing big and loud and maybe a little crazy 🤪
The important message here being, I don't sit in it too long, I shift my energy and move my vibrational meter back up.
